Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and handles new agreements and renewals in conjunction with the Lease Administration Department.
|
|
• Meets with prospective Tenants on-site for viewings; Tracks and maintains suite occupancy.
|
|
• Coordinates all Tenant moves and provides all necessary documentation such as welcome package information and manuals; Prepares invoices and collects rental charges.
|
|
• Prepares all Tenant notices for building closures, fire testing and any service interruptions, etc.
|
|
• Coordinates and maintains all required account documentation and acts as a liaison between the Operations Team, Leasing and Accounting.
|
|
• Provides research on various prospective Tenants from Internet or other sources; Prepares Marketing brochures and forwards to prospective Tenants upon request.
|
|
• Provides timely and accurate feedback to appropriate Management on key issues affecting Tenants.
|
|
• Assists Leasing Representative with suite or common area projects in relation to coordinating construction, repairs, etc.; Informs client of work areas affected, providing access to contractor and coordinating project until completion period.
|
Minimum Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge of RTA (Residential Tenancies Act)

Additional Requirements:
• Previous experience in Real Estate industry, preferably Residential
