Rai Sahi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Corporation. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Morguard REIT, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard North American Residential REIT, Morguard Investments Limited and ClubLink Enterprises Limited.

Rai is a Certified General Accountant Fellow and has over 30 years of business experience in public and private corporations, including extensive experience in investing, financial reporting, standards, and policy covering a broad range of industries including insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, transportation and automotive as well as real estate. Rai has received many distinctions, including the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada Fellowship Award (2009), Voice Achievement Award (Fellowship in the Indo-Canadian Community over critical enterprises, 2009) and Turnaround Entrepreneur of the Year (1994). In addition, Rai is a ranked member of numerous prestigious business listings, including ''The Top 25 Most Influential Figures in Canadian Golf'' (The National Post) and one of ''The Most Influential People in Golf'' (Golf Inc.).

Beverley G. Flynn joined Morguard in July 2003 and was appointed General Counsel and Secretary, Morguard Corporation in October 2004. Ms. Flynn has a decade of experience in public markets, real estate, finance and corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Morguard, Ms. Flynn was an associate with McMillan LLP. Ms. Flynn is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and Memorial University of Newfoundland. Ms. Flynn is also a recipient of the Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Gold Key Award.

Andrew assumed his current role in 2006 and is responsible for the asset and property management of an office and industrial portfolio located in major centers across Canada and valued in excess of $5 billion. Andrew joined Morguard in 1998 and served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management, before assuming his current responsibilities.

Since entering the real estate industry in 1975, Andy has been involved in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Canada and has held increasingly more senior real estate and corporate management positions with several regional and national companies. Andrew received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Dakota, College of Business and Public Administration. Andrew was the Past Director and Treasurer BOMA Calgary. He is a licenced broker, Alberta Real Estate Association and is an active community volunteer.

Pamela McLean was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and CFO in 2006. Pamela is responsible for finance and reporting for a commercial portfolio of more than $6.5 billion for Morguard's pension fund clients and affiliated companies. She is also responsible for Information Technology and National Programs & Quality Management. Pamela joined Morguard in 1993 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in accounting and finance, most recently as Vice President, Client and Corporate Services. Prior to joining Morguard, Pamela worked for a national accounting firm, where she focused on real estate clients. Pamela holds a Chartered Accountants designation and is a member of REALPac's Accounting Committee.

Margaret is responsible for the development of new projects in all asset classes across the country. The development portfolio is currently valued in excess of $750 million. After joining Morguard in 1994, Margaret was appointed Director of Development and Vice President Development, before assuming her current responsibilities. Since entering the real estate industry in 1972, Margaret has been actively engaged in all aspects of real estate development, including construction financing, land development and new construction in all product types. Immediately prior to joining Morguard, Margaret was Vice President of Development for Airport Corporate Centre, a 540-acre prestige business park in Mississauga, Ontario. Margaret has held several senior real estate positions with a focus on land assembly and development.

Margaret holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Simon Fraser University. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and the Canada Green Building Council and she holds an Ontario mortgage broker's licence. Margaret is also an active supporter of local literacy programs and environmental protection organizations.

Antony is President of Morguard Financial. He is also Vice Chairman of Morguard Investments Limited. He has been associated with Morguard or its predecessor companies for over 35 years; he joined MEPC Canadian Properties in 1967 and Morguard in 1977 when it acquired MEPC.

Throughout his tenure at Morguard, Antony has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Investments, President and Chief Executive Officer for Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust and President of Revenue Properties.
