Mr. Sahi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Corporation, a position he has held since January 1st, 1991. He is also Chief Executive Officer of the Morguard REIT and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Investments Limited, Morguard Residential Inc. and Revenue Properties Company Limited. Mr. Sahi has over 30 years of business experience in Canada covering a broad range of industries including insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, transportation, automotive and most recently real estate.
Mr. Sahi purchased a minority interest in Acklands Limited and became Chairman and CEO in January 1991. In December 1996, the industrial group of Acklands was sold and the name was changed to Acktion Corporation, now Morguard Corporation, reflecting its change of focus to real estate. Mr. Sahi has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, is a Certified General Accountant, and in 1994 he was named “Turnaround Entrepreneur of the Year.”

Mr. Murphy is a partner with the law firm McMillan Binch Mendelsohn with two decades of senior-level experience assisting corporations and governments in managing change, combining legal kowledge and experience with strategic planning expertise. Most recently, Mr. Murphy served as the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Canada. He has previously acted as the Chief of Staff to the Finance Minister of Canada and served as the Member of Provincial Parliament for downtown Toronto. Mr. Murphy was formerly a partner with McCarthy Tetrault, specializing in corporate litigation. He has an LLB from the Unviersity of Toronto.

David A. King is President of David King Corporation, a private investment company. Since 1988, Mr. King has pursued various private business interests and served on a number of public company boards. He is currently Vice-Chairman and Director of Morguard Corporation, Chairman and Trustee of Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust, Director of AGF Management Limited, AGF Trust Company, Intrawest Corporation, Revenue Properties Company Limited and Tri-White Corporation.

Wayne M.E. McLeod is currently Chairman of Energenious, a hightech private Toronto company. Since retirement, Mr. McLeod has become Chairman of two companies, is on the Board of Richards Packaging Trust and Atlas Cold Storage Trust, and is active in the community.

Mr. Pearson is a Managing Principal of Pearson Partners, Inc. He has been an active participant in the US real estate industry 1977 including senior roles with two major Wall Street firms. Mr. Pearson serves as an investment banker to various private and publicly held corporations and is actively involved in debt and equity placements and principal transactions for Pearson Partners. Mr. Pearson is a graduate of Villanova University and he is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. He is active as a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the International Council of Shopping Centres and the Urban Land Institute.

David J. Thomson was President of Great West Properties, Colorado from 1988 to 2004 where he was responsible for managing a $4.2 billion mortgage portfolio and real estate portfolio. From 1972 to 1988, Mr. Thomson held the position of Executive Vice President of Oxford Development Group and developed large projects in Edmonton, Calgary, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Denver and Toronto. Mr. Thomson is currently a Corporate Director.
