We incorporate best practices in sustainability into our property investment and expansion strategies to ensure they align with the principles of Sustainable Morguard, while creating real and lasting returns for our stakeholders.

GUIDING TENANTS ON THEIR ENVIRONMENTAL JOURNEYS
Morguard works with tenants to help them integrate innovative solutions that will help lower costs and reduce the environmental impact in their buildings.
CREATING ENERGY EFFICIENCY AT PLACE ROSEMERE
We continue to replace all gas rooftop unit (RTU) heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units with energy efficient units, to reduce GHG emissions significantly each year.
CENTERPOINT MALL RECOGNIZED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE
The mall earned a BOMA BEST® Gold Certification for its commitment to environmental leadership and stewardship.
