Morguard Hotels

Morguard purchased its first hotel – the Toronto Airport Marriott – in 2012, and now has a four-hotel platform of  nearly 500 rooms. Our Hotel portfolio is valued at $0.1 billion.

Morguard participates in the Green Key Global program – a graduated rating system that recognizes hotels, motels, and resorts that are committed to improving their environmental and fiscal performance.

Morguard also re-developed the Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites in Ottawa, ON, which re-opened in 2018. Read the case study here.
