Last month, Morguard US hosted the Fifth Annual Budget Bootcamp at the inaugural Morguard Leadership Summit. In attendance, were the US Residential Leadership team and a few members of the Canadian team.
Starting as a simple budget writing exercise, the event has evolved over the years into a comprehensive Leadership Summit – encompassing various dimensions of the company. The new name truly captures its essence – an opportunity for unity, collaboration, and strategic planning. Stronger bonds were forged, fostering a more cohesive group. Throughout the week, participants utilized their skills to craft exceptional property budgets.
The atmosphere was charged with excitement as participants gathered, in the picturesque South Florida, to enjoy a week filled with engaging activities, motivational talks, training sessions, budgeting exercises, and team camaraderie.
