Wired Certification is a commercial real estate rating system that recognizes outstanding internet connectivity and digital infrastructure in commercial properties.
The Gold Certification was achieved thanks to the building’s current connectivity, robust digital infrastructure and readiness. This accomplishment also wouldn’t have been possible without the commitment and expertise of Morguard’s on-site property management team.
